1. Services Rendered

Customer grants 3 Ladies Bins, LLC the exclusive right to collect and dispose of all
Waste Materials (as defined below) and agrees to make all payments as outlined in this Agreement.
2. Term; Termination
This Rental Agreement begins on the date signed by the Customer and remains in
effect for two (2) years unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement.
3. Waste Materials
Waste materials covered under this Agreement include all solid waste generated or
collected by the Customer at the service location listed on the first page of this Agreement.
4. Title
Title to and liability for any Excluded Waste remain with the Customer. Customer
agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 3 Ladies Bins, LLC from all damages,
penalties, fines, liabilities, and costs arising from such Excluded Waste.
5. Payments
Customer agrees to pay 3 Ladies Bins, LLC for all services and equipment in
accordance with the rates and charges listed in the Rental Documents. Failure to sign
an invoice does not relieve Customer of payment responsibility.
6. Service Changes and Amendments
Changes to equipment type, size, quantity, service frequency, or rates may be made by
mutual agreement, written, or demonstrated through service practices.
7. Responsibility for Equipment
All equipment provided by 3 Ladies Bins, LLC remains its property. Customer
acknowledges responsibility for the care, custody, and control of the equipment while on
Customer’s premises.
8. Damage to Pavement / Obstructions
Customer warrants that all pavements, curbing, driving surfaces, and access areas
required for service are adequate to support the equipment and vehicles of 3 Ladies
Bins, LLC.
9. Cancellation Fees
If the Customer defaults or attempts to cancel services prior to the end of this
Agreement, the Customer shall pay all past due balances, the Cancellation Fee, the
Unsuccessful Service Attempt Fee (if applicable), and any other charges owed.
10. Attorney’s Fees
If Customer breaches this Agreement, Customer shall pay all reasonable attorney’s fees
and costs incurred by 3 Ladies Bins, LLC in enforcing its rights, to the extent permitted
by law.
11. All Other Fees
Customer agrees to pay all additional fees outlined in this Agreement, including but not
limited to:
- Cleaning Fee
- Unsuccessful Service Attempt Fee
- Additional Wait Time Fee
- Cancellation Fee
- Gate Fee
- Repair Fee
- Mattress Fee
- Same Day Service Fee

12. Breach, Suspension, and Termination for Cause
If either party breaches this Agreement, the nonbreaching party may suspend
performance until the breach is cured or may terminate the Agreement.
13. Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 3 Ladies Bins, LLC, including
its officers, employees, members, agents, affiliates, and successors, from all claims,
damages, and liabilities arising from Customer’s use of the equipment or services.
14. Permits
Customer acknowledges that certain locations or uses may require permits or
approvals. Customer is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required permits.
15. Waiver; Limitation of Liability; Disclaimer of Warranties
Except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by 3 Ladies Bins, LLC,
Customer waives all claims against 3 Ladies Bins; LLC related to the services or
equipment provided.
16. Assignment
Customer may not assign this Agreement without written consent from 3 Ladies Bins,
LLC. 3 Ladies Bins, LLC may assign this Agreement to successors or assigns.
17. Excused Performance
Neither party is liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond
reasonable control, excluding payment obligations.
18. Binding Effect
This Agreement is binding upon 3 Ladies Bins, LLC, the Customer, and their respective
heirs, successors, and permitted assigns.
19. Venue; Waiver of Jury Trial
Any action to enforce or interpret this Agreement shall be brought in the county where
the Customer’s service address is located. Customer waives the right to a jury trial.
20. Signatory Representation
Each party signing this Agreement affirms they are authorized to do so and are the
individuals identified in the signature section.
21. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the full and complete understanding between the parties
and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral.
